We worship together indoors AND online.
We are blessed to serve you!

March 28, 2021

Palm Sunday!
The day that Christendom celebrates Jesus glorious arrival into Jerusalem.  He is blessed by the people as they shout "Hosanna! Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord".  Of course things rapidly change in this, the last week of Jesus ministry.
Before there is a resurrection, there is a crucifixion,
before a crucifixion, there is a scourging and mockery,
before there was a scourging and mockery, there is there is abandonment of all the disciples,
before there is abandonment of all the disciples, there is a kangaroo court and false witnesses
before the kangaroo court and false witnesses there is a brutal arrest,
before the brutal arrest, there is a betrayal,
before the betrayal, there is intense prayer in the garden,
before the intense prayer in the garden, there is a Passover meal and a promised new covenant,
before the Passover meal a promised new covenant, there is entry in Jerusalem,
before there is an entry into Jerusalem, THERE IS GOD in the INFINITE reality of TIME, promising to reconcile His soon to be created fallen creatures back to Him.

  • Revelation 13:8 -
All who dwell on the earth will worship him [antichirst], everyone whose name has not been written from the foundation of the world in the book of life of the Lamb who has been saved.

Let us pray for you.  Just send an email to us and we will add our online prayer list.
We know some folks are still cautious about meeting in person and prefer to worship the Lord in the safety of their homes.   This is why we prepare these online worship pages for you.

We will continue to keep uploading the sermon and providing the YouTube versions of the songs that we sang during worship. Even if you cannot join us, we'd still like to pray for you.

Give us a call or email Pastor Harvey at harvey.hpcc@gmail.com to request prayer or just chat/connect.

UPDATE  - Please comment down below and we will respond.  Let us know how we can help and if we have blessed you with this on-line worship.  Thanks!

The Children's Sunday School Lesson from Mrs. Denise...
Mrs. Denise prays and sings with the children (online, of course) then tells the story of Jesus Jesus riding into Jerusalem on a donkey!

We have great YouTube versions of Christian Hymns and contemporary songs that we sang today...

Pastor Harvey took us back to the Gospel of John and we skipped ahead a bit and  had a message from John 12:12-19 - Jesus rides into Jerusalem as the One True King of Jerusalem.

We hope this continues to bless YOU and draws you closer to God.

Remember, Denise and I are a phone call away if you want to pray together or just chat.
(Also remember that God is NOT far away, He has promised that He would never leave us - can I get an "Amen"!)

And don't forget you can comment below about anything that we can help you with or send us a Facebook message on the Facebook message app.

You can also use the "comments below to start any conversation with us.

Thanks for all of your support!

After singing a few songs, then as a congregation we read together aloud the following scripture...

Revelation 19:11-16 NASB
The Coming of Christ

Revelation 19:11-16

11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse, and He who sat on it is called Faithful and True, and in righteousness He judges and wages war.

12 His eyes are a flame of fire, and on His head are many crowns; and He has a name written on Him which no one knows except Himself.

13 He is clothed with a robe dipped in blood, and His name is called The Word of God.

14 And the armies which are in heaven, clothed in fine linen, white and clean, were following Him on white horses.

15 From His mouth comes a sharp sword, so that with it He may strike down the nations, and He will rule them with a rod of iron; and He treads the wine press of the fierce wrath of God, the Almighty.

16 And on His robe and on His thigh He has a name written: “KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.”
